Payment Terms
Payment is due within 24 hours of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Fees
Balances not paid within 72 hours may incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance or $25, whichever is greater.

An additional 5% may be applied every 7 days the balance remains unpaid.

Collection Costs
Accounts more than 10 days past due may be referred to collections or legal action. The client agrees to be responsible for any reasonable costs associated with recovering the balance, including administrative time, collection fees, and applicable legal costs as permitted by law.
